Terms of service

AdGhost uses AI to turn your product description, and optionally a photo, into short video ads. We are an early-stage startup: features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

You must be at least 18, give a valid email, and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you clear permission. Do not upload images of children or public figures, or use AdGhost to impersonate anyone.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to process it only to make your ads.

You may use the videos you generate for your own marketing, including commercial use. AI output can be imperfect — check every video before you publish it. You are responsible for the claims your ads make and for following the advertising rules of the platforms you post on.

Illegal, misleading, hateful, sexual or violent content; ads for weapons, drugs, gambling or scams; trying to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Each finished video uses one credit. Details on refunds are in our refund policy.

AdGhost is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
