Privacy policy

• Account: your email and sign-in details.
• What you create: product descriptions, uploaded photos and the videos we generate.
• Billing: your plan, credit balance and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
• Emails you send us, such as bug reports.

If you choose "use my face", your photo is a sensitive kind of data. We use it only to make the ads you ask for, with your explicit consent given when you upload it. We do not use it to identify you or to train AI models.

You can delete any ad, and ask us to delete your photos at any time.

To run your account, make your videos, count your credits, take payments, answer support and keep the service secure.

Our hosting and database provider, the AI providers that generate the videos, our payment provider and our email provider. Each only receives what it needs for its job. Some may process data outside the EU under standard legal safeguards.

Your photos and videos are stored privately and are visible only to your account. We keep your data while your account is open and delete it within 30 days after you ask us to close it, except billing records the law requires us to keep.

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email adghost.business@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

We only use the storage needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
